Orders & Shipping
How long until I actually get it?
Two stages, and both count. Everything is printed after you order, which takes 3–7 business days. Then it ships: standard is 7–14 business days, and expedited is 3–7 business days where it's available. So budget roughly two to four weeks for standard. Holidays and peak season run longer — order early for gifts.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only, which does at least mean no customs forms, duties, or surprise fees.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment it leaves the printer. If it's been 30 days since that email and nothing has arrived, email us and we'll chase it down.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as fast as you can. If it hasn't entered production yet we can usually fix it. Once the printer has started, we can't pull it back.
Can I get it by a specific date?
We can't guarantee dates, but we can tell you honestly whether it's realistic. Email the date you need and what you're ordering.
Sizing & Fit
Where's the size chart?
Right here: Size Guide. It has real garment measurements — chest width and body length — for every style we make, from baby onesie to adult 5XL.
What sizes do you carry?
Adult tees, hoodies, and crewnecks run S–5XL depending on the style. We also make youth tees, youth long sleeves, toddler tees, and infant onesies — and a lot of designs exist across all of them, which is what the Matching Sets collection is for.
Which size should I order?
Start with the Size Guide and compare against a shirt you already own and like the fit of — that beats guessing every time. If you're between sizes, or buying for someone whose closet you can't go measure, email us the design and we'll tell you which garment it prints on and how that one tends to fit. We would much rather answer that email than send you something that doesn't fit.
Do you do matching family sets?
Yes — that's Matching Sets. Same design in adult, youth, toddler, and infant. Mommy and me, daddy and me, sibling sets, full-family lineups. Each size is a different garment, so check each one in the Size Guide rather than assuming they line up.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Honest answer: no. Every item is made to order, so there's no shelf to put it back on. We can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. This is exactly why the Size Guide exists, and why we'd rather you email us about sizing before you order.
What if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong?
Then it's our problem, not yours. Email jhbhsupplyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos of the issue. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. We respond within two business days.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing. Shipping costs aren't refundable unless the mistake was ours.
Is anything non-returnable no matter what?
Gift cards, anything marked Final Sale, and custom or personalized designs — unless they arrive defective or damaged, in which case see above.
Products & Care
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not pixel-identical. Made-to-order printing has slight natural variation, and every screen renders color a little differently. If what shows up is meaningfully not what you ordered, that's a defect and we'll fix it.
How do I wash it without wrecking the print?
Cold water, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and the fabric softener. Don't iron directly on the design. Do this and the print outlives the shirt.
Why print-on-demand?
Because it lets us offer a design in eight sizes and five colors without producing hundreds of units nobody picked. The cost is time — those 3–7 production days. We think that's a fair trade.

Do you do custom, bulk, or wholesale orders?

Join the email list at the bottom of any page. New drops, occasional discounts, no daily spam.
