Sizes run XS–5XL depending on the style, plus infant, toddler and youth. The Size Guide has real measurements for every blank we print on. Made to order means we can't take returns on fit, so it's worth the thirty seconds.

Because we print everything to order, we can't take a shirt back for size or fit — so it's worth spending two minutes here. If you're still unsure after reading this, email us with the design you want and we'll tell you exactly which garment it prints on.

How to use these charts

These are garment measurements laid flat, not body measurements. The most reliable way to pick a size is to take a shirt you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, and compare.

• Chest width — measure straight across the garment, about 1 inch below the armholes. (Your body's chest circumference is roughly double this number, so a 20" chest width fits about a 40" chest.)
• Body length — measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

All measurements have a tolerance of about ±1 inch, which is normal for apparel.

Adult tees

Our unisex tees come on two different garments. The size range tells you which one you're looking at: if the product offers XS through 5XL it's the first chart; if it stops at 3XL it's the second.

Unisex tee — XS to 5XL

Retail fit, side-seamed, soft combed ring-spun cotton. Runs true to size with a slightly trim cut — size up if you like room.

Unisex tee — S to 3XL

Classic softstyle fit, a touch more relaxed through the body than the chart above.

Women's tee

Relaxed fit, shorter body than the unisex tees, slightly wider through the shoulder than a fitted tee. If you want an oversized look, size up one.

Adult hoodies & crewnecks

Unisex hoodie and unisex crewneck

Same measurements for both. Roomy, classic sweatshirt fit with a soft fleece interior. Most people take their normal tee size; size up if you want it oversized or plan to layer.

Women's crop hoodie

Lightweight and intentionally cropped — the body length is much shorter than a standard hoodie, which is the point. Roomy through the chest, so most people take their usual size.

Approximate ages in parentheses — go by the measurements, not the age.

Baby onesie

Envelope neckline and snap closure. Babies vary wildly — if yours is between sizes or on the taller side, size up. Nobody has ever regretted a onesie that fit for three extra months.

Buying a matching set?

Our Matching Sets run the same design across adult, youth, toddler, and infant — but each one is a different garment, so check each chart separately rather than assuming the sizing lines up.
